I've been going to Dave's as my main auto shop for a couple years now to service my 20+ year old Dodge. I have to say, what keeps me coming back more than the fair prices, fast turnarounds, and fine work mentioned in a lot of these other reviews is Lisa, managing the logistics of the shop. Lisa inspires confidence and you can tell she knows what she's talking about. Genuine and honest, I never feel like I'm getting the wool pulled over my eyes. She works with you every step of the way, communicating difficult subjects clearly to us lay folk. You never feel like you're being rushed through a process or upsold on unnecessary work. She talks through every possible avenue to make sure you're making the right choice, whatever your circumstance or need. You can tell she, and the rest of the team, care about their customers. Our community is better for having Dave's in it.
