I've taken my 2006 Honda Accord to Lisa at Dave's Auto Repair since I bought it. I put a lot of miles on this car and ended up needing a new transmission....Lisa made this happen. My car runs better now than when I bought it! She always tells me what I need to do to keep my car safe and gives me options. This is simply the best automotive repair shop in the east bay!

This is the best shop in the East Bay! You can rely on Lisa to tell you what's happening. She will give you an honest answer to your questions. The service is excellent and I'm always thankful for the insight Lisa provides for future services. Just ask Lisa and she'll help you put together a service plan that will keep your car in great shape and keep the manufactures warranty!

This is the second time I've brought my car to Dave's Auto repair and will definitely go back. They are honest, good at what they do, and very upfront about what they are going to do and how much it will cost. They even told me things that I thought needed to be done that actually didn't, which saved me a bunch of money. They are my mechanics now. Highly recommended!

Service has always been a plus for this shop. I have been coming here for as long as I can remember. Since LIsa took over the service has continued to excel and I would not think of changing where I have my vehicle serviced. I also recommend to my friends that this is the shop to go to for great service.

Called and spoke with Lisa. Described the problems to her and she sounded like she knew what she was talking about, so it made me feel comfortable bringing in my car. I'm used to bringing my car into the dealer for service but was reluctant to do that to try to save some money by going to Dave's Auto repair. Left my car with Dave's and they worked on it quickly. Found the problem the next morning as I told them that the problem happens first thing in the morning and fixed it. Now my car is running better than before as Lisa said it would and am happy and confident that my car is to run a lot longer. Would bring my car back for service here again.

This place is great. Lisa, the owner, was very professional and friendly. They did a good job.
